Very nice tribute to Bob. I have read many tributes to him on FS. He seems like he was a class act and a talented writer who was loved by many on FS. Your story touches me with his writing genius.

Thank you. I do not feel that I did him as much justice as I would have liked. Unfortunately I am not nearly as talented as he was.

You have picked a particularly poignant story as a memorial to Bob. As you say, he had an uncanny knack of getting to the heart of the matter with his writing. I shudder to think how many monsters are being created in refugee camps these days.

Thank you, He no doubt had so many posts to read and also had to still write and post his own work, that he probably had to pass on many more posts than someone less prolific, or popular.
