What a wonderful read, it does leave the reader with many questions, and with the lines ending abruptly it makes the switch of being confused to excitement flow wonderfully as soon as the price is heard, poor ol' hubby he is no doubt still confused, very well written****kahpot

OMG! This is hilarious. I love how fast-passed it moves as the realtor and the home owner cut each other off as they spoke. The dialogue was smooth flowing and realistic, while the story line kept the reader captivated waiting to read the outcome. This is a fine example of great story-telling. Well done.

I wish I hadn't run out of sixes already. This one had me laughing out loud. Perhaps, it's because we've had a realtor drop by lately and make an offer. It wasn't impressive enough to take, but the guy sounded a lot like the character in this story.

I can imagine this conversation in my mind, comprehending tha repartee of the character, must be someone I know, I was involved with sales as a job when young, it's amazing how well one can learn as a child, being and behaving like a lawyer as a child, when caught with evidence in hand, well done, Yvette, good luck, blessings Roy

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Knowing you just moved I'm guessing had to influence this piece. I really liked the machine gun dialogue, the interrupted sentences captured the feel of a fast talking big city real estate investor. great job and good luck with the contest.
