Poor Shana, she can't say anything without it being twisted, lol, she is just like me, and I blush, at my age too! This is a lovely part, I was really interested in the Jewish religion, I didn't realise there were three types. And the part about Jesus not being the Son of God, that was really interesting. I also loved the picture you decided to use. Perfect. Finding the right picture is the hardest part of posting, I find. Well done, another great chapter, Barbara. :) Sandra xxx

Good morning, Barbara

Enjoyed the continuation and I'm out of sixes so a virtual one will have to do. I liked the lesson on the three different classifications of Judaism as well as the humor between Shana, Anderson and Michael. I can't believe the Angel Bay property may be too small to accommodate the security team needed to protect Shana. Well done!

Take care and stay safe,

Ray

I'm back after a period away from Fanstory. It's sad to discover so many familiar names missing but even better to see even more of the very good writer's still here. The name Wilkey falls among the list of the good.
Barbara, your work never disappoints. It is always a delight to read your postings.

I've been enjoying these chapters as they come out. I find them well-written and interesting, with good dialogue and characterization. So all that goes for this one too!

Texans are used to having a wee bit of living space, say a million or two hectares. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read.

Good chapter, Barbara. Your presentation to Mother's Day was very nice of you. lsolotsof good information on the Jewish faith.

One suggestion:""What's the Torah?" Michael faced Shana." this mwould sound better and flow better this way: "Michael faced Shana. "What'sthe Torah?"

Happy Mother's Day. Bob

You did a wonderful job with the familial scenes, creating the right atmosphere all round. I also liked the extra information on the Jewish religion, wish Michael putting his foot in it and Shana calmly explaining away. That's the sort of writing I adore - writing that gives me something unique to broaden my general knowledge on foreign cultures or politics or even the culinary.

Brillaint!

and has twenty square feet. ~ did you mean twenty THOUSAND square feet?

This is great. Michael is very direct in asking Shana to explain Judaism, and so she does. She makes things more casual when she says that he's like her father. How Anderson could part with the gorgeous New York penthouse is hard to imagine. He's looking to spend most of his time in Texas. Shana's remark about being willing to share a run is funny, and everyone picks up on it. Anderson brings up the subject of getting full custody of Emily, but it's agreed that the time wasn't right to discuss it. Anderson is making lots of decisions. Great development and characterization in this chapter. judi

Thanks for sharing another fine written chapter. And who knows, I might learn something about the beliefs of the Jewish religion as I keep reading your story. Great job. :-)
