I googled what sultanas was. It's basically just a raisin that's dried differently. Cool. I'm not a raisin fan so I'm sure I wouldn't be a sultanas fan. However, if I ever found them I might be willing to try them. Good luck with your new therapy. Hopefully, the 16 treatments go fast.

Sultanas and Raisins are both dried Grapes Raisins are dried Dark ones Sultanas are from Seedless I think. Thanks for coming by.

Hi Geoff, t's so good that you are on the mend. I can see that the travel to have your treatment is quite complicated and so it is apparently to find a suitable breakfast product. Have you heard from Sasha of late? I'm a bit worried as she's been awfully quiet.

Well I only use the Logicane Low GI sugar on my porridge nothing else ahh except my cappucino. Thanks for the lovely review.

Yes it is a weird name for an otherwise great cereal for Gluten-Free folks like me. If you read back in my stuff you will see I had a favourite porridge (Gluten-Free) that was with drawn due to oats contamination and subsequently ceased being manufactured, sadly. Thanks for the great review. Will check you out another new friend on FS.

I truly admire your positive approach to life, Geoff. Perhaps this is helping your body to heal along with the treatments. Sorry it's such a journey to and from your radiology sessions. On the other hand it gets you out of the house which is always good for morale.

I used chalk as an ant deterrent when I lived in the tropics. You should google it.

Gosh, that is a lot of effort to get to your radiotheraphy sessions. It seems it will take most of your time.
Ants can be hard to eliminate for a house. Thankfully our ants stay outside. I hope things go well for you both.

Thanks Judy. All because we don't drive anymore. (I don't think Louise will come with me after the first visit. 4 times a week for 4 weeks. She might have other stuff she wants to do. SOmeone mentioned chalk to get rid of ants I am wondering if the ant powder was made from chalk.
