Well, Lulube, when one least expects it the sea will claim you, I know I was always going to the beach down Brownsville, Texas, way. I loved it, yet, many times I could hear it calling me. It was a haunting feeling that lured me to walk forward its call. If dad hadn't called out to me... well I don't know. Good entry for the An Unexpected Rescue.

I've spent many hours swimming and surfing in all kinds of seas. We're so small and the sea is so vast that it doesn't even sense we're there. That kind of "natural power" is literally awesome and when felt, never forgotten. Some in a similar situation to yours are swallowed by the waves and lost.
Thank you for this little tale of providence, and for the stranger whose hand allowed you to share it with us.
